Residual sugar: 2,5 g/l
Acid: 5,8 g/l
Sulfur according to test number: 110 mg/l

This cuvée has a slightly lower acidity, is full-bodied on the palate and is characterized by its versatile fruit. Is matured between 3-5 months without sulfur on the fine lees. Sulfurization takes place just before bottling. If higher acid wines don’t get you, highly recommended.
